Tips for roast or BBQ meat:
Quality Ingredients:
Use fresh, high-quality ingredients for the best flavour.
Balanced Marinade
Ensure a well-balanced marinade with a mix of acidic, sweet, salty, and savory elements.
Marinating Time
Adjust marinating time based on the meat's tenderness—longer for tougher cuts, shorter for delicate meats. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator or at least 3-4 hours to marinate. Allow marinated meat to come to room temperature before cooking for even results.
Remove Excess Marinade
Before cooking, remove excess marinade to avoid flare-ups and overly saucy results.
Control Cooking Temperature
Ensure proper preheating for a good sear and flavor lock-in. Control cooking temperature, aiming for low and slow for BBQ.
Resting Period
Allow meat to rest after cooking for juicier results.
Personalization
Feel free to experiment and personalize marinades based on your preferences.
