Passionfruit Champagne Cocktail

Whether it's a family dinner during the Christmas season, a romantic date, or a girls' night out, this refreshing Passionfruit Champagne Cocktail shines in any setting. It combines tropical charm with the elegance of champagne.
Ingredients:
1 ripe passionfruit
1 tablespoon simple syrup (adjust to taste)
1 oz passionfruit liqueur (optional)
Chilled rosé Champagne or sparkling wine
Fresh mint leaves or lemon slices, for garnish
Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Chill the Champagne flute glass or coupe glass first.
2. Halve the passion fruit and scoop the flesh into a small sieve. Press with the back of a spoon to extract the juice then pour it into the cocktail shaker.
3. Pour the simple syrup and passionfruit liqueur (if using) into the cocktail shaker with the muddled passionfruit.
4. Strain the passionfruit mixture into the chilled champagne flute or coupe glass.
5. Fill the glass with chilled rosé champagne or sparkling wine, pouring it over the strained passionfruit mixture.
6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves or lemon slices.

Pineapple Coconut Margarita

This Christmas cocktail, tailor-made for summer, is an ideal beverage for beach gatherings, grill parties, camping, or any occasion where you desire a tropical drinking experience!
Ingredients:
2 oz silver tequila
1 oz triple sec or orange liqueur
3 oz pineapple juice
1 oz light coconut cream (chilled)
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
2 frozen pineapple pieces for garnish
Shaved fresh coconut or flaked coconut
1 tsp simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

Instructions:
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the silver tequila, triple sec or orange liqueur, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and fresh lime juice. Shake the mixture for the first time.
2. Add ice cubes to the shaker. Secure the lid tightly and shake the ingredients vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
3. Strain the shaken mixture into the prepared margarita glass over fresh ice.

Ingredients:
6 egg yolks
3/4 cup caster sugar
2 cups whole milk
2 cups thickened cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg (for garnish)
1/2 cup to 1 cup of your preferred spirits (rum, brandy, or bourbon)
Egg white (optional)
Instructions:
1. Place milk, thickened cream, and vanilla extract in a saucepanheat over low without boiling, stirring occasionally.
2. Beat eggs for 2-3 minutes at high speed or whisk until fluffy.
3. Whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes smooth and light in colour.
4. Slowly pour half of the heated milk mixture into the egg mixture, stirring continuously.
5. Cook the eggnog on medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture begins to thicken slightly.

6. Cool at room temperature and refrigerate it for 2-4 hours.
7. Add your preferred spirits (rum, brandy, or bourbon) and egg white( if you want to try), then use a cocktail blender to quickly blend the eggnog again before serving.
8. Strain into a wine glass and dust with nutmeg.

1. Start by placing a large ice cube in a glass tumbler. (Chill the drink without diluting it too quickly. )
2. Pour all of the bourbon, espresso, simple syrup, and bitters in a cocktail shaker.
3. Shake it well and strain it into the old-fashioned glass tumbler with ice.
4. Garnish with orange or lemon peel.
